Shazar Avenue, site of J'lem blast, reopened to traffic

Shazar Avenue, where the bombing occurred in Jerusalem on Wednesday, has been reopened.

Over 30 bystanders were injured in the explosion near a bus station, and were taken to Jerusalem-area hospitals.
