The shekel weakened for the second day against the dollar in morning inter-bank trading today, after yesterday afternoon's terrorist bombing in Jerusalem, which highlighted Israel's risk premium. In international markets, the dollar-euro exchange rate has dropped to $1.407/€ from over $1.42/€ two days ago.
