The Tel Aviv District Attorney is leaning toward issuing an indictment against former defense minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer on charges of fraud, bribery, breach of trust, and money laundering, it was announced on Wednesday.

Before an indictment is issued, however, Ben-Eliezer will have one more chance to clear his name at a special hearing.
