The Israeli Immigration Policy Center NGO on Wednesday filed a report by the Tel Aviv Municipality with the High Court of Justice that one in nine children living in the city are migrants.

The report was filed as part of a series of petitions and counter-petitions relating to the future of migrant policy in the country.

The Tel Aviv report also said that 93% of the migrant children were receiving medical care in four specific neighborhood children's care centers with only 7% receiving care in all of the cities other neighborhoods.
