Two teens arrested on suspicion of stealing cellphone, demanding ransom

Two 15-year-old residents of a Beduin town in the South were arrested Sunday night, on suspicion of stealing a cellphone from another teenager and demanding ransom. The two suspects apparently stole the phone on Route 40, near Petah Tikva. Police located the suspects, arrested them, and opened an investigation.
