UN's Serry: Escalation is 'worrying,' vital to deescalate

The rockets fired from Gaza and IDF reprisals are a "very worrying" escalation, a spokesperson for UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Robert Serry said Saturday night.

"The recent escalations are very worrying. Its vital to de-escalate now, without any delay. We strongly appeal for calm and an end to violence and bloodshed," the spokesman said.
