Right-wing building activist Arye King recently met three times with Ron Cornmiller, an official at the US Consulate in Jerusalem, to explain the views of Israelis seeking to establish Jewish communities in east Jerusalem to the US State Department, Channel 10 reported on Sunday.

"The Palestinians are very good at talking to us and letting us know what they think," said Cornmiller during their latest meeting, recorded by Channel 10. "We don't know what the Israelis are saying. What is the perspective from the Israeli side [on this issue]."

Cornmiller expressed the desire to continue contacts with the right-wing of the Israeli political spectrum so that US Consulate reports back to Washington would accurately reflect the different views surrounding the building of Jewish neighborhoods beyond 1967 borders.
