United Hatzalah released a statement on Tuesday calling for all Sukkah builders to practice caution while building before the Sukkot holiday.

The main message was for parents to ensure that building materials such as saws, hammers and nails be kept away from the hands of children.

The organization also cautioned those who are planning to conduct the candle-lighting ceremony in their temporary booths.

"We call on the public to use caution on the entire subject of candle-lighting for Shabbat and the Sukkot holiday, that in past years has caused numerous disasters and endangered the lives of people" United Hatzalah leader Naftali Rotenberg said in a statement.
