TOKYO - Waters leaks were found at Onagawa nuclear plant in northeast Japan after a strong aftershock hit Japan on Thursday, but there has been no change in radiation levels outside the plant, Tohoku Electric Power , the operator of the plant, said.

The operator said water leaked out of spent fuel pools of the plant's reactor 1 and 2, and other parts of the plant.
