A 19-year-old man firebombed a nightclub in Raanana over the weekend because he was refused entry by a doorman, police said.

The suspect, a resident of a village in the Sharon district of central Israel, allegedly flew into a fit of rage after being told he could not enter, and returned to the club with a bottle filled with flammable liquids. He allegedly set the bottle on fire and hurled it at the club's door.

The youth was later tracked down and arrested, police said. He denied
any link to the incident during questioning.
