AMT buys Horizon Technologies

Publicly traded software company AMT announced on Sunday that it has purchased 90.1 percent of hi-tech company Horizon Technologies for NIS 12.5m.

Publicly traded software company AMT announced on Sunday that it has purchased 90.1 percent of hi-tech company Horizon Technologies for NIS 12.5m. Yoav Weinberg, director general of AMT, said at the announcement of the purchase that the new partnership will allow AMT to significantly expand its outsourcing services to its worldwide customers, which now include industry leaders such as Microsoft, IBM, Symantec and Sun Microsystems.
