Adama Holdings raises NIS 1.15b

The company is currently constructing 10 residential projects, which include more than 600 apartments.




Tel Aviv-based real estate development company Adama Holding Public Ltd. said Sunday it raised NIS 1.15 billion from foreign banks and international funds in order to expand its activities in Romania and Turkey. Adama, which has been one of the most active real estate companies in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Croatia and Turkey over the last few years, has a portfolio that includes over 45 projects in 19 different cities, totalling more than 2 billion square feet of commercial and residential space. The company is currently constructing 10 residential projects, which include more than 600 apartments.
