CEE to develop project in Belgrade

Real estate development company CEE announced on Sunday it signed an agreement with a Serbian construction company to construct a 466,000 square meter project in the Serbian capital of Belgrade.




Real estate development company CEE announced on Sunday it signed an agreement with a Serbian construction company to construct a 466,000 square meter project in the Serbian capital of Belgrade. The project, which will include will both residential units and a commercial center, will require an investment of €350-400 million and was expected to generate revenue of more than €1 billion from the sales of the units. Construction will begin in the second half of 2008, CEE said.
