Under the plan, the cellular providers, Bezeq and HOT, would all make the combined directory available to the public via the Internet free of charge.

The Communications Ministry presented plans on Wednesday to introduce reforms in information services to create a combined telephone directory of all phone subscribers in Israel. Under the plan, the cellular providers, Bezeq and HOT, would all make the combined directory available to the public via the Internet free of charge. Such a service would allow the public to receive information on all telephone subscribers in Israel, both cellular and land-line, on the same interface, the ministry said.
