Medison buys Pharmatop for NIS 40m.

Pharmatop represents a number of US and European based medical and diagnostics companies in Israel and employs 45 people who will join over 100 workers at Medison when the deal is completed.

Petah Tikva-based Medison Pharma, which markets biotechnology companies to the Israeli market, said Sunday it bought local diagnostics company Pharmatop-Pharmatrade for NIS 40 million. Included in the deal was Pharmatop's 3,000 sq.m. premises in Kfar Saba. Pharmatop represents a number of US and European based medical and diagnostics companies in Israel and employs 45 people who will join over 100 workers at Medison when the deal is completed.
