Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Eli Yishai is adopting reforms regarding the fees paid to employer organizations including pay exemptions for small businesses and those in economic crisis, as well as the payment requirement for employers with a working staff of over five people. In addition, fees of the employer to the employer's agency will be reduced to 25 percent from the current 50%. The duration of the employers' payment to employment agencies was limited to seven years.
