New Zealand’s terms of trade index rose more-than-expected in the last quarter, official data showed on Sunday.
In a report, Statistics New Zealand said that New Zealand’s Terms of Trade Index rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 7.5%, from 4.9% in the preceding quarter.
Analysts had expected New Zealand’s Terms of Trade Index to rise 3.0% in the last quarter.
