- U.S. crude oil inventories fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Energy Information Administration said that U.S. Crude Oil Inventories fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of -1.781M, from 1.698M in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected U.S. Crude Oil Inventories to rise 1.417M last month.
