The communities in Israel's south have been subject to barrages of rockets from the Gaza Strip for the past 11 years. Despite this, the region's residents are determined to build their communities and lead normal lives.
KKL-JNF, together with its Friends worldwide, works every day to help people in Israel's south to study and work in safety. In light of recent developments with Operation Pillar of Defense, KKL-JNF's work has become more vital than ever before.
