Thousands of visitors to the International Mediterranean Tourism Market held in Tel Aviv’s Exhibition Grounds visited the lively and colorful pavilion representing KKL-JNF’s various forms of involvement in tourism and recreation activities in Israel.

This is the nineteenth occasion on which the International Mediterranean Tourism Market has been held and the third time that KKL-JNF has participated.

At this year’s event, KKL-JNF launched a new tourism project that is now available to the general public for the first time, offering the following opportunities: getting to know the Negev and the communities of the Gaza Periphery; experiencing pioneering forestry work in the desert; enjoying two activities in Adulam-France Park (archeology and adventure excursions inspired by Bible stories); building agricultural terraces in Sataf (near Jerusalem); a culinary excursion to the northern Negev with tasty desert treats included; exploring the Galilee in the footsteps of Jesus; and a whole host of other exciting experiences. KKL

“Until now, we have provided excursions of this kind only for special visiting delegations, but now we’ve decided to offer these opportunities to all visitors and tourists, so that they, too, can enjoy the KKL-JNF experience,” explained Efrat Sinai of the organization’s Tourism Department.
