'Gaza Ark' flotilla set to break blockade from inside

A ship attempting to break the blockade on the Gaza Strip is set to sail from inside Gaza, taking goods to international markets in the early months of 2013, Ma'an News Agency quoted a Red Crescent official as saying on Friday.

The Gaza ark plans to set sail carrying Palestinian products from Gaza to fulfill trade deals with international buyers. It will be the first ship to attempt to break the naval blockade from the inside.

Last month, the "Estelle" ship carrying pro-Palestinian activists and humanitarian aid attempted to break Israel's naval blockade of Gaza.
