A 12 year old boy from Syria was rushed in critical condition to the Ziv Hospital in Tzfat, Israel, reported Israel radio on Monday evening.
The child was wounded in fighting on the Syrian side of the border.
In the last year, Israeli hospitals have treated hundreds of Syrian civilians wounded in Syria's ongoing civil war.
