Bennett signs agreement to raise minimum wage for contract cleaning workers

Contract cleaning workers salary will be raised significantly starting on March 1, thanks to a new minimum wage agreement signed on Wednesday by Economy Minister Naftali Bennett.
The raise will promote equality and better social standards for the economically weaker parts of the Israeli population, and includes more than 340 NIS past the regular minimum wage, holiday bonuses and pension benefits.
"We are witnessing a historic moment... This is truly ethical, this is Jewish," announced Bennett.
