IAF strikes tunnels in Gaza used to infiltrate Israel

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) struck Friday overnight two tunnels and one warehouse used used for manufacturing weapons in southern Gaza, and one site used for terrorist activities in the northern Strip, an IDF Spokesman's Office statement said.
According to the statement, the tunnels had been used to allow assailants to infiltrate Israel and carry out attacks.
The attacks continued a number of air strikes carried out by the IAF against terror cells in Gaza, following Thursday's deadly attack north of Eilat and a day of rocket fire originating in the Gaza Strip.
The IAF identified direct hits, and all aircraft returned to Israel safely, the spokesman's statement added.
