The Southern District Attorney is expected to file an indictment
late Thursday morning charging a 19-year-old man in connection with the
stabbing death of a Beersheba father-of-two.
Idan Ohion was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of murdering
35-year-old Gadi Vichman. A further eight suspects, four of whom were
allegedly at the park where the stabbing took place, were arrested with
him.
Ohion will appear before judges at the Beersheba District Court for a
remand extension hearing and for the indictment to be served against
him. It is not yet known whether the DA will charge Ohion with murder or manslaughter.
