Report: Senior Guards commander killed in Iran blast

A senior Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander in charge of the force's self-sufficiency unit was killed in a blast at a military base near Tehran Saturday, Iranian news agency Fars reported.
Seventeen people were killed in the blast that officials said took place when soldiers were moving munitions at the base believed to be the storage center for some of Iran's most advanced long-range ballistic missiles.
