A 10-year old boy was killed in a car accident as his family was driving on
Highway 40 near the Goral junction on Thursday.
The family was on its way
back from a Succot trip down South when, for unknown reasons, the family car
flipped over.
Along with the 10-year-old, the parents and three siblings aged
two months, six and 13 were lightly injured and taken by paramedics to Soroka
University Medical Center in Beersheba. The investigation is in its initial
phases, and it is still unclear if the boy or anyone else was wearing a seatbelt
when the accident happened, or if there was any negligence on the part of the
driver.
