Rivlin: PM 'did the right thing' in calling early election

Knesset speaker Reuven Rivlin lauded Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's decision to call early elections Tuesday, saying that he "did the right thing."

"I will not allow last-minute populist legislation before the Knesst is dissolved," Rivlin asserted.
