HomeinIsrael, who call themselves Netanya’s leading real-estate team, and the
developer they use, Zion Briga Real Estate, are heading to South Africa on March
5 to host an event with “Hope for Heroism,” a support group for Israeli soldiers
seriously wounded in combat.
HomeinIsrael, which caters largely to
international and Anglo buyers, will bring two former IDF soldiers to tell
stories about how they were wounded, the process of going through rehab and how
they have managed to get on with life.
“The whole evening is giving
something extra for South African Jewry,” said Selwyn Hare, who runs
HomeinIsrael. He will also be making stops in the UK and Canada.
“Most of
our purchasers are members of the international community,” Hare
said.
“Netanya is definitely one of the top foreign places of investment
because of its close proximity to the sea, which is what people want as a
holiday home and an investment.”
The event will take place at
Johannesburg’s Summer Place and also feature a talk by Wayne Kopping, a South
African filmmaker.
