Police: 10 wounded in pair of Baghdad bombings

Iraqi police and hospital workers say 10 people have been injured in a pair of roadside bombings during the morning rush hour in Baghdad.
Seven of the wounded were on a bus attacked Sunday in north Baghdad as it was carrying municipal officials to work. Another blast wounded three bodyguards of the science and technology minister in Jadriyah district. The minister was not in the convoy.
Baghdad still suffers from persistent smallscale attacks despite the sharp drop in violence since the height of the war three years ago.
