Iran, West negotiating venue, content of nuclear talks

Iran has declared it is ready to restart nuclear talks with the UN Security Council 5+1 group on December 5, Voice of Russia reported on Tuesday.
Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on Monday said that his country is still negotiating with the group on the venue and content of the talks, according to a Xinhua report.
On Friday, US State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley reiterated that the US expects the main issue in the talks to be Iran's nuclear program, but Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said in recent weeks that he refuses to discuss the nuclear issue. Iran's foreign minister has said the nuclear energy is an "inalienable right of the Iranian people," according to the Voice of Russia report.
