Gal-On: PM busy with coalition while intifada looms

Meretz leader Zehava Gal-On on Sunday asked the temporary Speaker of the Knesset, MK Binyamin Ben-Eliezer of Labor, to invite Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to address the body regarding the recent violent occurrences in the Palestinian territories.

She asked that Netanyahu report on the steps he plans to take to prevent a third intifada.

Gal-On added, "While Netanyahu wallows in the swamp of a coalition deal, the territories are on the verge of exploding due to the government's political and security failures."
