Six Israeli water companies made it into The Artemis Project's first Top 50 Water Companies Competition announced last week. The boutique consultancy firm, which focuses on water technologies, evaluated companies worldwide. The six companies were: Emefcy at number four, AquaPure at number seven, CheckLight at number 21, ProWell Technologies Ltd at number 36, Lesico CleanTech at number 48 and BioPetroClean, Inc. at number 49. IDE Technologies, Ltd. was given an honorable mention for its efforts as well. The companies were selected by a panel of experts based on an integrated matrix of four criteria: technology, intellectual property and know-how, team and market potential," according to promotional materials.
