CAN AN Israeli become a billionaire without breaking the law, breaking the banks through bad loans, and landing in hot water? At least two tycoons suggest the answer is no – Nochi Dankner (see “How the mighty have fallen,” January 9) and Eliezer Fishman (“A Tale of Debt and Darkness,” October 31, 2016).

Previously, three tycoons had proved the answer is yes – Stef Wertheimer, founder of cutting-tool giant Iscar (“Think Different,” November 14, 2016), film magnate Arnon Milchan and diamond mogul Beny Steinmetz.
