Annan condemns "terrorist act" in Sinai Peninsula

United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan on Tuesday condemned the triple suicide bombing that took place in the Sinai Peninsula on Monday evening, killing at least 23, and wounding dozens. Annan said it was a "terrorist act that targeted innocent civilians."
