France's ambassador to Israel stated Thursday morning that his country would not hold ties with a Palestinian government under the Hamas's authority if the group did not halt its terror policy and recognize Israel's statehood. "Our stance is very clear: We will not speak with the Hamas until it upholds the conditions set forth by the international community," Ambassador Gerard Araud noted in a morning interview with Army Radio.
