UNSC urges N. Korea to cancel nuclear test plans

The UN Security Council on Friday expressed "deep concern" at North Korea's declared plan to conduct a nuclear test and urged Pyongyang to cancel it, AP reported. The Council reached an agreement Friday on a formal statement urging the communist state to cancel the planned test, Russia's ambassador to the UN said.
