The United Nations Security Council vote on sanctions against North Korea following that country's weapons test early this week has been postponed due to certain reservations held by Russia and China, Israel Radio reported. On Friday, the UNSC agreed on the wording of a resolution calling for sanctions, and the vote was originally expected to take place on Saturday.
