Iran received with skepticism Wednesday the United States' offer to renew its ties with it in return for the Persian country stopping its Uranium enrichment. An Iranian parliament spokesperson responded to the statement, saying that preconditions set by the Americans were inadequate, Army Radio reported. "America's willingness to return to the negotiation table is positive, but its demands are problematic," said the spokesman.
