1 killed, 4 injured in head-on collision in north

One man was killed and four injured in a car accident near Kiryat Shmona in the north Monday night. From preliminary investigation police found that a jeep going in the direction of the village of Raja swerved into the oncoming traffic and collided head-on into a truck. Two vehicles burst into flames from the crash. Two men were lightly injured in the accident and transferred to Ziv Hospital in Safed for treatment. Two others were being treated in Kiryat Shmona.
