About 11 people, amongst them a year-old baby, were injured Sunday morning as a ceiling collapsed in three stores at Haifa's Hutzot Hamifratz mall. According to a preliminary investigation, the ceiling collapsed when cement which was being used on the roof of a jewelry store overflowed to other parts of the roof. Both the contractor and engineer who were in charge of the construction were summoned for questioning.
