2 foreign workers suspected of beating their kids

Two foreign workers from Nigeria were due to appear in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court on Thursday after they were arrested on suspicion of beating their two children, ages eight and 10. The parents were detained for questioning on Wednesday after a municipal aid worker notified police of the alleged abuse.
