23-year-old Herzliya resident shot on balcony

A 23-year-old Herzliya resident was shot late Monday night while standing on his balcony by assailants who fled the scene. The man was evacuated to a nearby hospital and listed in light to moderate condition. Police, who suspect that the motive for the shooting was criminal, reported that the investigation was ongoing.
