25% of Israeli children don't know how to swim

Nearly a quarter of Israel's children ages five to 14 do not know how to swim, the Education Ministry's Be'Terem organization for children's safety reported on Monday. Magen David Adom reported an average of 100 swimming accidents annually, half of which result in drowning.
