Arab-Israeli municipalities announced on Saturday that they would go on strike, starting on Monday, to protest government funding that has been delayed. The communities' representatives said the government promised them NIS 1.2 billion as part of a recuperation program. Army Radio reported that the municipalities would also launch a protest in front of the government building in Jerusalem.
