Arab prisoner who escaped from J'lem lockup caught

An Arab prisoner who escaped from a Jerusalem lockup was caught early Monday near the Old City, police said. The suspect, Rami El Hudri, 28, of east Jerusalem, held in custody at the city's detention center on criminal charges, was captured near the Damascus Gate less than 12 hours after his escape. A police investigation was underway into how the detainee escaped.
