Ashdod: Police officer stabbed in brawl on beach

A police officer was stabbed in Kshatot Beach in Ashdod on Saturday morning after he attempted to stop a brawl that had broken out on the beach. The officer was lightly wounded and evacuated to Kaplan Hospital in the city. One of the people involved in the brawl, a Kiryat Yam resident, was moderately wounded and evacuated to hospital. Police arrested three drunk 20-year-olds on suspicion of involvement in the brawl.
