Bomb explodes on highway near Hebron; no wounded

A bomb exploded on a highway south-west of Hebron Wednesday evening, causing damage but no wounded. An initial IDF investigation revealed that the bomb was designed to produce a significant amount of shrapnel, and was intended to harm Israeli civilians and soldiers in the area.
