Border policeman injured in scuffle in Hebron

A border policeman was lightly injured in Hebron Friday during a scuffle with a Palestinian near the Cave of the Patriarchs. According to Army Radio, the Palestinian - a local resident - approached a Border Police checkpoint and refused to undergo a security check. An altercation ensued between the man and the border police on duty, and he allegedly hit one of them, causing the injury. The policeman received first aid at the scene, and the attacker was detained for questioning.
