MK Avishay Braverman announced on Saturday that he was withdrawing his candidacy from the Labor leadership race and that he would support MK Ami Ayalon. The two claimed that they were representing a "leadership of truth in place of the current hollow rule." Israel Radio reported that the Labor party didn't view Braverman as a serious candidate due to his poor showing in the polls.
